“ I had a cuisine experience like I never have before at this restaurant. Our waiter, Cody, assured my wife and I that we would enjoy anything on the menu; he was right. We had the Sofar, and everything that was prepared was scrumptious. We loved the Lamb shank; it was the best dish we ate. It melted in our mouths as we took the first bite and the following afterwards. We had such a wonderful experience. ”
“ This is my second time at Calliope, and it has not disappointed! Every cocktail I've tried has been superb and their hummus is beyond incredible. The flavors are bold yet approachable. My first visit here was with my mom, who is not very food adventurous, but she will be mad I came back without her! ”
“ Great vegetarian and vegan options! We had the hummus, whipped feta, burnt carrots, beets, and fava beans. All of which were amazing the carrots being my favorite. The restaurant is family style which we love. Our server was also great and very knowledgeable about the menu. He even helped us pick out some items and they were all great. The ambiance of the place is also awesome. I would suggest making reservations because they were quite crowded but since we had reservations they seated us right away. We well be returning again! ”

The menu changes with what's in season so they might not have the same thing eveytime you go back also it's small portion meals so it's nice to be able to choose more than one thing on the menu. ”

“ Went to Calliope for our anniversary and had the most wonderful meal. Our server was one of the best I’ve ever had in this city, I believe his name was Cody. It’s been a few weeks since our visit so I may have that wrong. He was training a new server while we were there and she was delightful as well. To start we ordered some of their delicious cocktails. After browsing the menu we decided to go with the Sofra shared table experience since we had never been to Calliope before. Everything was amazing—the food was cooked perfectly and the components selected for each dish were outstanding. We hope to visit again soon to try more of their unique menu items. ”
“ Oh my goodness that was good. I’m not real sure how to explain this cuisine though. All the food is a curious concoction of Mediterranean, middle eastern, and some southern. The head bartender was super nice and very informative of the food and drinks. We chose the option of basically having the chef pick what we were going to eat and we couldn’t have been happier. The home made pita here also is something to write home about. Plenty of seating upstairs as well! ”
